About Fredda Wasserman, MA, MPH, LMFT, CT
Fredda is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an office located in West Los Angeles. Through her 5 Essential Steps for Regaining Balance, Fredda helps people re-order their priorities and focus on what is really important when they encounter changes in their health, face end of life, or are grieving.
Fredda received her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and her Masters in Health Education and Administration from the UCLA School of Public Health. She is the Clinical Director
of Adult Programs and Education at OUR HOUSE Grief Support Center in Los Angeles. Certified in Thanatology: Death, Dying, and Bereavement, Fredda has devoted her career to life's final chapter.
Fredda is the co-author with Norine Dresser of Saying Goodbye to Someone You Love: Your Emotional Journey Through End of Life and Grief. Chosen as a Best Self-Help book by the Library Journal, the
book is a compilation of true-life stories interspersed with practical suggestions about how others have faced end of life and grief with love and dignity.
As a professional consultant, speaker, and presenter, Fredda creates customized workshops for mental health clinicians, clergy, physicians, hospital and hospice staff, small groups, and businesses throughout
the country. Her Stress Management From the Inside Out workshops fit into any conference as a
calming break where participants can relax and recharge.
